Sadly, we cannot accept amendments or cancellations within 24 hours of the delivery date, as preparation and dispatch of flowers will have commenced.
Special requests or bespoke designs cannot be amended or cancelled once preparation has begun, due to the personal nature of these arrangements. If you believe an error has occurred with your order, please contact us promptly and we will address the issue as quickly as possible.

Should you or the recipient be dissatisfied with the flowers delivered, or if your flowers arrive damaged or not as ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To enable us to investigate, please provide photographs of the arrangement and any supporting information. If the complaint is upheld, remedies may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion.
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot accept returns of unwanted items after delivery unless there is a proven fault with the product quality. Your statutory rights are not affected.
